We only accept returns in the following cases:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of damage or defect (clear photos) must be provided via email.

  • The request must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Pickup and Inspection

  • If your return is approved, a pickup will be scheduled at your provided address.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Method
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products reported after the 3-day window

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition

  • Any item without proof of defect or damage
